Does my repair come with warranty?
Yes, all parts used and work carried out come with a warranty. We take great care when choosing our parts, but in the event of their being a problem, we'll resolve it as soon as possible. Warranty only applies to a faulty repaired or replaced part. It does not cover any kind of accidental/ intentional/ unrelated damage.
How long will it take to fix my phone?
We understand the need to have your device quickly repaired, that's why our technicians aim to complete your mobile phone repair on the same day, while you wait. Most of smartphone repairs are finished within 30 minutes. However, some repairs can take longer, in case of more complex issues or when some parts need to be ordered.
If I use your services instead of Apple will this void my Manufacturer's warranty?
Like with most third-party repair services, use of our repair services can void your manufacturer's warranty. The good news is that we provide our own warranty on parts that we use and work we carry out.
