We sell new mobile phones, tablets, and phone/tablet accessories.
Accessories include (but are not limited to) cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and other related products.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£)
Payment is required at the time of purchase. If you choose a pay-later or instalment option (such as Klarna), payments will be taken according to the terms of that provider.

Order acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided. Please check your goods upon delivery. We are not responsible for loss or damage once items have been delivered to the address you provided.
In-store collection:
You may choose to collect your order from our store instead of having it delivered.
Orders will be held for collection for 10 days from the notified pickup date. After this period, uncollected orders may be cancelled or returned.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once you have collected the goods from our store.
You may be required to provide a valid order reference and identification when collecting your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to have your order ready at the agreed pickup time but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once:
Full payment has been received, and
The goods have been delivered
Returns and cancellations (online orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email.
Returned items must:
Be unused
Be in original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Faulty or damaged goods
