Phone Zone is a small, family-run business that has proudly served the Rayleigh community since April 2021. At our shop, you’ll meet Sharjeel, the skilled technician and the heart of our business. Sharjeel has always had a deep passion for repairing electronic devices and has been honing his craft for over 14 years. His journey began with computers, and as the mobile phone industry grew, he expanded his expertise to include smartphones, iPads, tablets, and other gadgets.

Sharjeel is dedicated to sustainability and has a strong belief in saving electronic devices from ending up in landfills. However, when the cost of repairing an older device exceeds a certain amount, Sharjeel will always be upfront with customers, advising them when it might be more suitable to replace their device instead. His goal is to provide honest advice, helping customers make the best decision based on their needs and budget, rather than pushing for a repair that may not be the most practical solution.
